Description
Characteristics and use:
IDROFIN LUCIDO is a glossy finisher for absorbent stone materials placed inside: cotto, natural stone absorbent, terrazzo.
IDROFIN LUCIDO:
- is a water based product, not dangerous and easy to use;
- is strongly recommended at the end of the treatments with hydro-oleophobic protective, oily-waxy impregnations, leveling primers, as it protects the surfaces from the wear of time and prevents the degradation of the bottom treatment;
- does not alter the appearance of the material and does not form a thick film on the surface leaving a good vapor permeability to the material;
- makes a micro-waxy resin layer on the material, easy to apply, which reduces dirt penetration and makes the surfaces easier and faster to clean;
- is preserved over time through ordinary cleaning with the detergent DETERBRILL or FLORA and the maintenance anti-dirt, anti-degradation wax REFIX LUCIDO.
How to use
It is normally used pure.
- Apply on clean and dry surfaces;
- Shake before use;
- Apply the product in small quantities and distribute with soft cloth and fleece spread evenly over the surface;
- Do not step on the product during drying;
- Apply the second coat as soon as the first coat is dry;
- To increase the gloss after drying or to remove footfall marks, rub the surface treated with wool cloth, polisher with felt, red buffers, single brush with red discs.
Generally dry in 2-3 hours.
Types of application:
- 1 coat: on smooth and slightly absorbent surfaces;
- 2 coats: on rough surfaces.
Yield:
Depending on the absorption of materials:
- on rough surface materials 1 lt / 10-18 m²;
- on materials with glossy surface 1 lt /20-30 m².

What is IDROFIN LUCIDO used for?
It protects the underlying treatments and prevents them from being consumed.
Can I apply IDROFIN LUCIDO outside?
No, because it is a wax that does not have high resistance to atmospheric agents. If you want to apply a wax outside, you can use PAV05.
How often should IDROFIN LUCIDO be reapplied?
IDROFIN LUCIDO generally applies only 1 time, but is maintained with the maintenance wax REFIX LUCIDO 1 time every 6/12 months.
What is the difference between IDROFIN LUCIDO and POLIFIN?
POLIFIN is a wax more polished than IDROFIN LUCIDO, but is metalized.
