Extraordinary maintenance of indoor oiled wood

Where and when

Where:

• On all impregnated and/or waxed wooden surfaces placed indoors.

When:

• When the surface finish appears very dull and blackened by trampling dirt, when not even ordinary maintenance can recover the surface finish. In addition, application is recommended when the surface is easily exposed to water or if there is construction site dirt.

Frequency of use:

One-off, if necessary.

Performance and consumption

SMACCHIO LEGNO:

• removes grey patinas of ageing, algae and mould from wood exposed outdoors, unprotected or with protective impregnating finishes to restore;
• avoids having to sand the surfaces;
• renews the natural appearance of aged wood, preparing it for the application of new protection (varnishes, oils, various impregnating agents);
• can also be used as a specific tannin stain remover on wooden surfaces, both raw and treated (oiled or varnished).

SMACCHIO LEGNO works if it comes into contact with the wood essence; it is neither a paint remover nor a stripper and does not remove layers of varnish, impregnants, oils and waxes.

PULIBRILL:

• can be used for non-aggressive ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of all wood surfaces, whether painted or treated with oil and/or wax;
• does not attack the wood essence and finish of the material;
• maintains the gloss of the initial treatment over time.

OLIO TECNO:

• dries quickly (generally dries in 12 hours) compared to other impregnating agents, which is why it is also ideal for industrial roller impregnation of floor coverings;
• is a water- and oil-repellent impregnating agent with a wide range of uses;
• forms a resistant, non-sticky oil-wax protection that is easy to re-polish and retain over time; – does not form surface films. Does not flake or create peeling;
• easily restored without sanding the wood.

OLIO TECNO can be pigmented with OILTONER pigments for customised effects.
Do not apply OLIO TECNO on varnished wood that has not been perfectly sanded (max. 80 – 100 grit paper).

BIOTOP o BIOTOP OPACO:

• protects impregnating primer products from the wear and tear of time;
• does not alter the appearance of the material and does not form a thick film on the surface, leaving good vapour permeability to the material;
• forms an easy-to-apply resinous micro-layer on the material, which reduces dirt penetration and makes surfaces easier and quicker to clean;
• easy to maintain over time with the BIOCARE product.
