Specific product for the non-slip treatment of porcelain tiles, ceramic, granite and silicate materials. It creates on the material a microcorrosion that increases the microporosity of the material drastically reducing the slipperiness of the surface.
Description
Characteristics and use:
GRIPPER is an aqueous solution of inorganic salts for the anti-slip treatment of all materials containing silicates: granite, porcelain tiles, glazed ceramic, etc.
GRIPPER:
- can be used on both internal and external surfaces;
- reacts with the silicatic component of the material producing a microcorrosion and a microporosity that increases the coefficient of friction, drastically reducing the slipperiness of the surface even when wet;
- allows a safe and fast application.
The product corrodes the material and may change the gloss and color of the treated surfaces.
How to use
The product is used pure.
- Clean and degrease the surface and eliminate any layers of treatments (waxes, protective, impregnators);
- Wet evenly with GRIPPER surface with sponge, wax spreader, soft cloth. Proceed on well-defined areas of the flooring (e.g. stop at the joints) avoiding partial and double overlaps;
- The reaction time of the product depends on the desired effect and the type of material, generally 10-15 minutes. During this time the product should not dry;
- After the reaction time, GRIPPER is neutralized by diluting 1:10 of SGRISER (e.g. 1lt of SGRISER in 10lt of water);
- Then rinse with plenty of water.
