It is to apply when the material is saturated:

Outdoors, as a rule, it lasts about 10 years and can be reapplied. Inside it is final.

Is IDROWIP ready to use or diluted?

The product can be diluted in water in a maximum ratio of 80% of product and 20% of water, but it is advisable to use it pure. 

Is it possible to paint after applying the product on external plaster?
