Maintenance of indoor oiled wooden floors
The cleaning and maintenance system for oiled parquet floors is essential to preserve the beauty and durability of your floor. Our complete system includes PULIBRILL for daily cleaning and BIOCARE or BIOCARE OPACO for maintenance every 6-12 months . PULIBRILL is a specific wood cleaner and preserves the shine of your floor without damaging the finish or wood essence. BIOCARE is the ideal solution for those who want to maintain the original shine of their parquet floor. This self-polishing wax not only protects, but also makes cleaning easier.
Where and when
Where:
- On all wooden surfaces treated with oil impregnant and/or waxed placed indoors.
When:
- For routine cleaning and periodic maintenance of oiled parquet floors, when the surface is worn and dull.
Frequency of use:
- PULIBRILL is recommended for daily non-aggressive floor cleaning.
- BIOCARE maintenance wax or BIOCARE OPACO is applied once every 6-12 months, as needed.
Performance and consumption
PULIBRILL:
- can be used for non-aggressive ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of all wood surfaces, whether painted or treated with oil and/or wax;
- cleans without damaging wood;
- does not attack the wood essence and finish of the material;
- maintains the gloss of the initial treatment over time.
BIOCARE:
- preserves and protects the protective and aesthetic characteristics of the initial finish over time;
- makes surfaces easier to clean and maintain;
- is a self-polishing wax. It can be dry polished to increase and maintain gloss;
- is a water-formulated product. Leaves no unpleasant odours in rooms;
- does not release toxic or harmful components into the environment.
BIOCARE OPACO:
- preserves and protects the protective and aesthetic characteristics of the initial finish over time;
- makes surfaces easier to clean and maintain;
- renews the surface protection of the matt treatment;
- does not form films or shiny films;
- leaves a pleasant odour in the environment;
- is a product formulated in water. Leaves no unpleasant odour in the room;
- does not release toxic or harmful components into the environment.
Routine cleaning of wood
• Dilute 10-15 cc of PULIBRILL in 1lt of water.
• Applies as a normal detergent with the aid of SPEEDY MICRO-ACTIVA CLOTH or MICROFIBER CLOTH
At low concentrations it does not need rinsing.
In this dilution it is also possible to use scrubbing machines.

Ideal for all smooth surfaces with a medium level of dirt. Can be used with all tools for dusting, washing, waxing featuring Velcro profiles. Also useful for disinfecting smooth interior floors (hotels, homes, offices, hospitals) with a medium to low level of dirt.
Application of maintenance wax
• The product is used pure.
• Shake before use.
• Apply the product in small quantities with UNILAV SIDE GRIP SPENDICERA TOOL or SPREADING FLEECE and distribute a thin and uniform layer on the surface.
• Do not step on the product during drying.
• To increase the gloss after drying or to remove tread marks, rub the treated surface with a WHITE SWAB.
Frequency of use:
• every 2-3 months: , on heavily trampled surfaces and subject to heavy wear (e.g. shops, public places, bars, restaurants, kitchens, entrances, bathrooms, etc.);
• every 6-12 months: on poorly trodden surfaces (e.g. sleeping areas, salt, etc.).
YIELD: 1lt / 30 - 40 sqm.
