Removal of algae, moss, mould and lichen from outdoor terracotta surfaces
With this treatment scheme, our technicians reveal all the secrets to achieving a clean and shiny outdoor floor. This cleaning system is designed to remove algae, moss, lichen and in general all those unsightly black spots that form on outdoor terracotta and earthenware surfaces. Unlike sodium hypochlorite, ALGANET offers a deeper and longer-lasting action. It is effective even at low temperatures and, once dry, poses no danger to surrounding vegetation. Its formula allows repeated applications on particularly dirty surfaces or with stubborn lichens, without damaging stone materials.

Performance and consumption
- helps, through its sanitising action and the mechanical action of rubbing the surface, to remove blackening left by micro-organisms (e.g. algae, moss and lichen residues), leaf and flower residues, animal excrement, urine, etc;
- can also be applied to treated surfaces;
- has a deeper and more effective action over time than sodium hypochlorite;
- can also be used for cleaning PVC curtains and tarpaulins and other plastic material outdoors;
- it is effective even at low temperatures;
- once dry, it is no longer dangerous to vegetation;
- can be applied several times on very dirty surfaces and in the presence of lichens that are difficult to remove, without damaging stone materials.
Take care that when applying ALGANET in its liquid state it does not come into direct contact with soil, plants, fabrics, metals and wood.
Do not use other acid products when applying ALGANET.
- is a detergent that is over 98% biodegradable;
- is a hypoallergenic product that does not contain caustic soda, ammonia, perfumes, dyes and solvents;
- cleans, degreases, sanitises surfaces in terracotta, stone, marble, cement and synthetic agglomerates, porcelain stoneware and other ceramic materials;
- acts by solubilising oily substances, making them easily removable;
- can be used for manual and mechanical washing (e.g. scrubber driers, pressure washers).
Removal of mould and biological fouling
Extraordinary cleaning on surfaces contaminated by biological encrustations:
• Dissolve in a clean plastic bucket 800 g of ALGANET in 10 litres of water , mixing for a few minutes. The solution thus obtained must be used within 3-4 hours;
Can be applied with brush, sponge, soft cloth or broom;
• Pour the mixture abundantly wetting the surface to be treated.
• Rub the product with hard brush, BROWN PAD or brown disc (if you have a monobrush machine) and leave until drying (normally 12/24 hours);
• Repeat washing if necessary;
• Finally rinse with plenty of water or pressure washer.

Cleaning of surfaces heavily contaminated by biological fouling
Extraordinary cleaning on surfaces heavily contaminated by biological encrustations (especially lichens):
• It is advisable to carry out a preliminary washing with a pressure washer or rub the surface with water and BROWN BUFFER, so as to remove as much as possible the surface patina.
• Dissolve in a clean plastic bucket 800 g of ALGANET in 10 litres of water , mixing for a few minutes. The solution thus obtained must be used within 3-4 hours;
Can be applied by brush, sponge, soft cloth or broom;
• Thoroughly wet the surface to be treated by rubbing the product with hard brush or brown swab and leave until drying (normally 12/24 hours);
• Next, the surface should be rinsed with a water solution and ECOMARBEC, a concentrated degreasing detergent.
Yield:
• about 10 liters of cleaning solution are prepared with 800g of powder (average consumption of the diluted product 1 lt / 5-7 sqm).

Neutralizing rinsing
• After cleaning with ALGANET, the surface should be rinsed with a water solution and ECOMARBEC (diluted to 20/30%), so as to degrease and remove in depth the residues of dirt and product ALGANET;
• During the rinsing phase it is recommended to rub the surface with hard brushes, discs, brown pads in order to facilitate the removal of degraded dirt;
• Repeat washing if necessary;
• Finally rinse with plenty of water or pressure washer.
