Routine cleaning and maintenance with natural-effect wax
The cleaning and maintenance system of indoor stone surfaces ensures the preservation over time of the main protective and aesthetic characteristics of the initial treatment, without the need for periodic remaking and demanding recovering washes. Recommended for compact stones such as marble, granite and quartzite.
This system consists of specific products, carefully formulated to gently clean the surface without damaging or altering the applied protective treatment or material. The products are able to effectively remove dirt, stains and residues accumulated over time, leaving the surface clean and intact.
It is important to carefully follow the instructions provided for the correct use of products and accessories and ensure proper periodic maintenance. In this way, the protective and aesthetic properties of the initial treatment can be preserved over time, prolonging the duration and maintaining the original appearance.
Where and when
Where:
- On all compact stone floorings and wall coverings treated with natural-effect wax (e.g. LUXOR), laid indoors.
When:
- For routine cleaning of stone surfaces with natural effect treatment. The product UNIPUL is perfect for daily cleaning.
- For maintenance treatment LUXOR wax is used.
Frequency of use:
- UNIPUL is used in routine cleaning.
- LUXOR is used as a maintenance wax 1-2 times a year.
Performance and consumption
UNIPUL:
- is ideal for routine and deep cleaning of all hard, absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces;
- can be used at low concentrations for routine cleaning of all surfaces;
- does not deteriorate treatment and material;
- can be used for intensive degreasing cleaning on all hard surfaces;
- when used in concentrated form it can remove old, blackened and deteriorated wax layers on already treated surfaces without deteriorating the surface treatment;
- is a low-foaming cleaner.

LUXOR:
- is a waxy anti-dirt and wear protective solution specifically for compact stone materials with low absorption and smooth surface processing, such as polished and honed coatings;
- it is applied over oil-repellent impregnants to saturate the microporosity of the stone material without leaving surface films;
- has excellent resistance to footsteps and dirt;
- preserves and protects the protective and aesthetic characteristics of the initial treatment over time;
- does not alter the appearance of the material and does not darken joints;
- does not yellow materials over time;
- is re-polishable and easy to preserve;
- has a high yield.
Routine cleaning
• Dilute 8-10 cc of UNIPUL in 1 litre of water.
• Apply as a normal detergent, with a microfiber cloth.
With this dilution it is also possible to use scrubbing machines.

Natural-effect maintenance wax
• Apply pure on clean and dry surfaces;
• Pour small amounts of LUXOR on the surface wetting it homogeneously;
• Buffer any excess product during drying. Dries in about 15-30 minutes in well ventilated rooms;
• Polish with WHITE BUFFER PAD or cloth, as soon as dry.
Yield:
• on marbles, granites and polished grits1 lt / > 40 sqm;
• on polished compact stones 1 lt / 30-40 sqm.
