Film-stripping de-waxing cleaning
This specialized cleaning system is designed to effectively eliminate multiple layers of resins and waxes from natural stone floor and wall coverings. Thanks to its high dissolving power of resinous films, it guarantees a complete cleaning without leaving unpleasant odors that persist in environments.
Where and when
Where:
- On every kind of flooring or wall covering made of natural stone.
When:
- For cleaning and removing polymer and wax-based ‘multi-layer’ treatments from floors and walls.
Frequency of use:
- For a one-off cleaning, specific for the removal of old layers of waxes and resins.
Performance and consumption
SOLVALL:
- removes resins and paints from absorbent (and non-absorbent) stone materials;
- compared to conventional paint strippers it has a lower evaporation rate, a longer application time and a deeper stripping action;
- it is easily emulsifiable during rinsing with water and can be removed with a wet vacuum cleaner;
- leaves no unpleasant odours during use and in the environment.
SGRISER:
- removes old oil and/or wax impregnation treatments and heavy greasy deposits from stone materials, even delicate ones (e.g. polished marble, slate);
- is ideal for strong degreasing cleaning, also removing large accumulations of greasy dirt and biological incrustations (outdoor blackening);
- can facilitate the removal of ‘dark stains’ from sulphation on terracotta;
- leaves no harmful residues in the absorbent material;
- leaves no unpleasant odours during use and in the room.
DELICACID:
- is a mild acidic detergent with controlled action, ideal for cleaning even the most delicate stone materials (natural stone, grit, marble, palladium, cement);
- can be used for descaling washes after laying or after building sites, for removing efflorescence, cement encrustations, paint;
- can also be used outdoors for periodic removal of limescale incrustations due to weathering;
- can be used for manual and mechanical washing (e.g. scrubber driers, pressure washers);
- does not contain hydrochloric acid;
- does not fumigate or develop toxic vapours.
Film-stripping cleaning
• Spread SOLVALL on the surface and let it act for 15-30 minutes up to a maximum of 8-12 hours in the most extreme situations;
• Then rub the wet surface of SOLVALL with BLACK BUFFER PAD, black discs or with tynex brushes;
• Emulsify with water and remove the residue;
• If necessary repeat the application.
Yield:
• depending on the dirt to be removed and the absorption of the material 1lt / 4-15 sqm.

De-waxing and degreasing cleaning
• Spread the product on the surface and let it act for at least 10-20 minutes;
• Rub the surface with plastic fibre pads or discs or with nylon brushes;
• Repeat washing if necessary.
Yield:
• 1 lt / 4-8 sqm.

Neutralizing washing for acid-resistant materials
• Dilute 250-300cc of DELICACID in 1 litre of water:
• Spread the product on the surface and let it act a few minutes;
• Rub the surface with plastic fiber pads or discs or nylon brushes, tynex;
• Repeat washing if necessary;
• Always rinse with plenty of water.
Yield:
• 1lt/10 - 15 sqm
