Removal of oleo-waxy treatments from cement or terrazzo

Where and when

Where:

• On all types of cement flooring or covering (such as grit, terrazzo, cement tiles, venetian tiles), treated with oily-waxy impregnating agents.

When:

• Specific for the removal of:
  • • old oil or wax-based treatments;
    • stains and greasy residues (oils, tar, waxes).

Frequency of use:

• For one-off deep cleaning and de-waxing of floorings and coverings made of cement, cement tiles, grit, terrazzo etc.

Performance and consumption

SGRISER:

• removes old oil and/or wax impregnation treatments and heavy greasy deposits from stone materials, even delicate ones (e.g. polished marble, slate);
• is ideal for strong degreasing cleaning, also removing large accumulations of greasy dirt and biological incrustations (outdoor blackening);
• can facilitate the removal of ‘dark stains’ from sulphation on terracotta;
• leaves no harmful residues in the absorbent material;
• leaves no unpleasant odours during use and in the room.

Do not use on wood, linoleum, rubber and PVC and protect painted and anodised aluminium surfaces from contact with SGRISER.

DELICACID:

• is a mild acid detergent with controlled action, ideal for cleaning even the most delicate stone materials (natural stone, grit, marble, palladium, cement);
• can be used for descaling washes after laying or after building sites, for removing efflorescence, cement encrustations, paint;
• can also be used outdoors for periodic removal of limescale incrustations due to weathering;
• can be used for manual and mechanical washing (e.g. scrubber driers, pressure washers);
• does not contain hydrochloric acid;
• does not fumigate or develop toxic vapours.

Do not use DELICACID on polished limestone (e.g. marble, travertine), on Italian slate (blackboard) and on polished agglomerates (e.g. grit, marble, cement).
