Descaling cleaning for removing epoxy resins
This descaling cleaning system is the perfect solution for removing stubborn grouts made of epoxy resins from delicate surfaces such as granite, polished marble, granite mosaics and bisque. Thanks to its specific efficacy, you can deep clean without damaging your surfaces, guaranteeing impeccable, long-lasting cleanliness.
Where and when
Where:
- On polished granite and marble, granite mosaics with epoxy resin grouts that are difficult to remove.
When:
- For the cleaning and removal of grout and epoxy resin residues from granite and other stone surfaces.
Frequency of use:
- For one-off after laying cleaning.
Performance and consumption
NOEPOX:
- removes hardened epoxy grout residue on the tile surface without causing corrosion or discolouration of the already hardened grout joint;
- it is neither alkaline nor acidic, so it can also be used safely on stone surfaces;
- can be applied to all stone materials such as terracotta, stone, glazed ceramics, klinker, stoneware, cement, grit, terrazzo etc., and also to wood, glass, metals and plastics;
- thanks to its viscosity, it can also be easily used on vertical surfaces.
UNIPUL:
- is ideal for ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of all hard, absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces (terracotta, klinker, stone, marble, cement agglomerates, ceramic materials, metal, wood, laminates, pvc and synthetic surfaces in general);
- can be used at low concentrations for routine cleaning of all surfaces;
- can be used more concentrated for intensive degreasing cleaning without damaging materials;
- if used in concentrated form, it can be used to remove old, blackened and deteriorated wax layers on already treated surfaces, without damaging the primer treatment;
- can be used for cleaning after installation of delicate materials (e.g. slates, marble and polished grit);
- is a low-foaming cleaner and can be used with scrubber driers;
- leaves no marks on the material and releases a pleasant fragrance in the room.
Removal of epoxy resins
It is used pure.
• Wait at least 24 hours after grouting before using NOEPOX.
• Always apply on dry surface.
• Apply the product with a brush or roller on the surface to be cleaned.
• Always proceed on limited areas (no more than 30 sqm²).
• Leave to act for about 30-60 minutes on the dried residues of putty, 2-4 hours or more on the residues hardened and consisting of putty;
• Then rinse with water (preferably with 1:10 UNIPUL aqueous detergent solution) rubbing the surface with a nylon brush or brown buffer pad proceeding diagonally with respect to the joints. On large surfaces and floors it is possible to intervene with a single brush machine equipped with a brown disc;
• Finally rinse again with water.
Yield:
• to remove the dried residues (after about 1-2 days), 1 lt / 15-20 sqm;
• to remove hardened residues (after 2-3 days.), 1 lt / 10-15 sqm.

Rinse with UNIPUL
• Dilute 250cc of UNIPUL in 1lt of water: for washing where you need an energetic degreasing action on very dirty surfaces (dirty with engine oil, vegetable and animal oil, greasy dirt etc.) or for extraordinary cleaning of very dirty wood or parquet.
• Lay UNIPUL on the floor;
• Leave for a few minutes and then rub the surface with red pads of medium hardness;
• Remove the residue with microfiber cloth and rinse with clean water;
• In the case of treated surfaces, subsequently apply a coat of anti-dirt and anti-wear finish.
