Descaling cleaning in post-laying and post-construction
Cleaning system designed for the washing after installation of porcelain stoneware. A correct post-site cleaning of the porcelain stoneware removes the building site residues and the resinous patinas due to the manufactury and the laying phases. After installation cleaning of porcelain stoneware floors must be descaling and also degreasing. It must also rremove resinous patinas. Otherwise, over time such patinas would get stained with acid-alkaline substances commonly fuond in homes (e.g. coca-cola, urine, vomiting, vinegar, etc.), degrading and leaving streaks and halos. Proper post-construction cleaning is essential for the maintenance of porcelain stoneware.
Where and when
Where:
- On all types of porcelain tile: matt, polished, non-slip, lapped, etc.
When:
- For the deep cleaning of porcelain stoneware floors and coverings after the laying and grouting.
- For a post-construction site washing.
Frequency of use:
- For a one-off deep washing after installation.
Performance and consumption
- is recommended for extraordinary stain-removing cleaning of heavily stained and haloed porcelain tiles surfaces; removes greasy patinas, deposits of detergents unsuitable for porcelain tiles, limescale, and stubborn dirt;
- is also recommended where you are not sure that you have carried out post-laying cleaning, or that you have done it incorrectly.
Extraordinary cleaning of porcelain tiles
• Apply pure product;
• work a few square meters at a time;
• spread POWER DET with a cloth or BLUE BUFFER PAD on the surface and leave on for at least 10-15 minutes;
• rub the surface with a BLUE DISC or PAD, made of plastic fibers;
• collect dirt and product residues with a microfiber cloth or liquid vacuum cleaner;
• finally, rinse 2 or 3 times with clean water, until the removal of the product and dirt from the surface;
• repeat the application if necessary.
