Routine cleaning and maintenance of wax-treated cement and terrazzo

Where and when

Where:

• On all indoor concrete or microcement floors.

When:

• For everyday cleaning the product FLORA can be used.
• For extraordinary maintenance, a maintenance wax is applied occasionally. The most suitable products are REFIX GLOSSY and REFIX MATT, which provide either a glossy or matte effect.

Frequency of use:

• FLORA is used for routine cleaning.

• REFIX LUCIDO should be applied once every 6/12 months depending on foot traffic in the rooms:
  • • once every 6 months in high-traffic and wear areas (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, public spaces);
    • every 12 months in low-traffic and wear areas (e.g., bedrooms).

The application of REFIX LUCIDO is meant to nourish the treatment of the floor treated with glossy finish waxes like IDROFIN LUCIDO and to maintain the aesthetic and protective characteristics of the initial treatment.

• REFIX MATT should be applied once every 6/12 months depending on foot traffic in the rooms:

Performance and consumption

FLORA:

• is a neutral sanitizing detergent that cleans and does not spoil stone materials and wax treatments;
• is ideal for the ordinary cleaning of floors and surfaces in cotto, stone and terrazzo;
• leaves no halos and releases a pleasant scent of lavender in the rooms;
• is a low foaming detergent and can be used with scrubber-dryers.

REFIX LUCIDO:

• is a water based product, not dangerous and easy to use;
• preserves and protects over time the protective and aesthetic characteristics of the initial glossy finish;
• makes the surfaces easier to clean and maintain;
• renews the surface protection of the treatment;
• does not form films or glossy films;
• leaves a pleasant smell in the environment;
• it can be dry polished to increase and maintain gloss.

REFIX MATT:

• Renews, preserves, and maintains over time the protective and aesthetic characteristics of the initial treatment;
• does not create superficial films or wax build-up;
• makes the surface easily cleanable and renewable in routine maintenance, reducing the formation of persistent black streaks and dirt build-up;
• easy to apply and does not leave unpleasant odors indoors.
