Where and when

Where:

On tables, kitchen tops, bathroom tops, polished and compact terrazzo floors (e.g. glossy, palladian and terrazzo tiles).

When:

When they have corrosion spots, wear-related opacifications, micro-scratches.

Frequency of use:

One time, when your terrazzo flooring is damaged, dulled or scratched.

Performance and consumption

KIT RINNOVA MARMO:

is indicated for the re-polishing and removal of spots and slight opacifications due to wear, limestone crusts and acidic substances on stairs, walls and bathroom tops.
Use with a drill or screwdriver.
With the Kit Rinnova Marmo 75MM you can do up to about 3/4 m².
With the Kit Rinnova Marmo 125MM you can do up to about 8/10 m².
Always use water as lubricant together with PAD DIAM 75 or 125 MARBEC and KW-STAR.
Avoid using MARBEC DIAM PADS and KW-STAR without using water!
When not using an adjustable speed drill, adjust the pressure accordingly.
Use clean water at every step.
Repeat the process if necessary.
It is necessary to apply pressure on each step when working on marble or terrazzo.
Do not use on granite, quartz or resin tops.

KIT RECUPERA MARMO

1° Passage, RED DIAM DISC MARBEC:
– Roughing –
This is the most important step of all. If the first step is not performed well the following steps will not have an optimal result.
The surface should be cleaned before starting (remove any previous film-forming treatments such as waxes or resins).
Add water and slowly drill the RED DIAM DISC MARBEC.
It is necessary to apply the product with the drill making small uniform circular movements on the affected surface until the water does not change color and a mush forms.
Then remove the dirty water.
You will need to repeat sanding depending on the state of the surface.
2° Passage, ORANGE DIAM DISC MARBEC:
– Sanding –
With this second step we will continue to smooth the surface more and more finely. Repeat the steps of the first application using the ORANGE DIAM DISC MARBEC.
3° Passage, YELLOW DIAM DISC MARBEC:
– Pre-polishing (2 TIMES) –
With this third step we will already get some shine. Add water and repeat the first application using the YELLOW DIAMOND DISC MARBEC. Clean the surface and let it dry. Repeat the process again and remove the dirty water.
4° Passage,BLUE DIAM DISC MARBEC:
– Polishing (2 times) –
Proceed to repeat step n. 3 using the BLUE DIAM DISC MARBEC. With this step we will get the shining. The color of the water will no longer be so cloudy.
5° Passage, GREEN DIAM DISC MARBEC:
– Final polishing –
Repeat step n.4 using the GREEN DIAMOND DISC MARBEC. The surface is polished.
6° Passage, GREEN PAD DIAM MARBEC + KW-STAR:
– Crystallization –
With this fourth step we will crystallize and polish the surface.
Add small amounts of crystallizing powder of KW-STAR and slightly wet with water to form a paste, then slowly pass the GREEN DIAM PAD MARBEC with the drill.
It is necessary to apply the product with the drill making small uniform circular movements on the affected surface until the water does not change color and a mush forms. Then remove the dirty water.
You will need to repeat polishing depending on the state of the surface.
7° Passage, MICROFIBER CLOTH + MARMOLUX :
– Protective action and maintenance –
Add small amounts of MARMOLUX and use the MICROFIBER CLOTH to polish the surface.
It is advisable to apply MARMOLUX for routine maintenance once every 6 months or as required.

KIT RECUPERA MARMO MANUALE

1° Passage, MARBEC RED DIAMOND PAPER:
– Roughing –

Add water and repeat the first application using the MARBEC YELLOW DIAMOND PAPER. Clean the surface and let it dry.
Repeat the process again and remove the dirty water.
4° Passage, MARBEC BLUE DIAMOND PAPER:
– Polishing (2 times) –
Proceed to repeat step n. 3 using the MARBEC BLUE DIAMOND PAPER. With this step we will get shine. The color of the water will no longer be so cloudy.
5° Passage, MARBEC GREEN DIAMOND SPONGE:
– Final polishing –
Repeat step n.4 using the MARBEC GREEN DIAMOND SPONGE. The surface is polished.
6° Passage, MICROFIBER CLOTH + MARMOLUX:
– Protective action and maintenance –
Add small amounts of MARMOLUX and use the MICROFIBER CLOTH to polish the surface.
It is advisable to apply MARMOLUX for routine maintenance once every 6 months or as required.
