Description

Characteristics and use:

SMACCHIO POLVERE is a stain remover specifically formulated for removing coloured stains of organic origin on stone materials.

SMACCHIO POLVERE:

  • removes stains of coffee, wine, fruit juice, food residues in general, blood, urine, tannin that have penetrated into stone materials;
  • is non-toxic, non-flammable and harmless to the environment and is not aggressive towards materials;
  • leaves no residue on the material.

On shiny limestone materials such as marble and cement agglomerates the application of SMACCHIO POLVERE may dull the surface.

How to use

SMACCHIO POLVERE is a product to be dispersed in water before use and mixed to form a creamy paste.

  • Apply the product with a spatula or plastic trowel, taking care to leave a 2 – 3 mm layer of SMACCHIO POLVERE on the stain to be removed. If necessary, the duration of the extraction action can be increased by covering the pack with a sheet of plastic material (e.g. Domopack);
  • Allow the pack to dry before dry removal with a nylon or sorghum brush;
  • Finally, rinse with plenty of water;
  • Check that the stain has been removed;
  • Repeat application if necessary.

Protect metal surfaces and do not use metal containers.

Yield:  On average, 1 kg of prepared mixture (corresponding to approx. 300 g of powder) covers approx. 1 m2 of surface area.

How do I choose between SMACCHIO POLVERE e SMACCHIO LIQUIDO?

When it comes to choosing between SMACCHIO POLVERE and SMACCHIO LIQUIDO, it is essential to understand the differences and advantages of each product in order to achieve the best results when cleaning surfaces. SMACCHIO LIQUIDO is the ideal choice for those looking for a versatile and easy-to-apply solution and is the most suitable product for washing large surfaces. It is particularly effective on a wide range of surfaces, including terracotta, stone, marble, stoneware and even wood. Its liquid formula penetrates deeply, removing stubborn stains of organic origin such as coffee, wine and blood. It is also excellent for whitening cement joints, giving a renewed look to the entire floor. In contrast, SMACCHIO POLVERE offers concentrated power for more difficult stains. Its powder formulation is perfect for treating specific areas with precision, making it ideal for localised and persistent stains. In fact, once mixed with water, it takes on a paste-like consistency that stays on the stain longer and has more time to act. It is particularly effective on stone materials, where it can remove deeply penetrated stains.

Can I use SMACCHIO POLVERE on all surfaces?

SMACCHIO POLVERE is very versatile, however it is not recommended to use it on polished surfaces such as marble, because it could dull them. In addition, when using SMACCHIO POLVERE you should protect metal surfaces and not use metal containers.
