Description

The KIT RECUPERA MARMO MANUALE is ideal for the re-polishing of marble and polished terrazzo (grits, palladian, etc.).

The KIT RECUPERA MARMO MANUALE:

is suitable for re-polishing and removing of stains and opacifications due to wear, limestone crusts, acidic substances and micro-scratches on surfaces of limited dimensions (e.g. small tile).
Use with a drill or screwdriver.
With the Kit Recupera Marmo Manuale you can make limited-sized surfaces (e.g. small tile).
Avoid using MARBEC DIAM PAPER without using water!
Use clean water at every step.
Repeat the process if necessary.
It is necessary to apply pressure on each step when working on marble or terrazzo.
Do not use on granite, quartz or resin tops.

Packaging:

The KIT RECUPERA MARMO MANUALE contains:

1 MARBEC RED DIAMOND PAPER diamond paper for the first roughing of marble, stones and terrazzo;
1 MARBEC ORANGE DIAMOND PAPER diamond paper for the second sanding of marble, stones and terrazzo;
1 MARBEC YELLOW DIAMOND PAPER diamond paper for the third pre-sanding of marble, stones and terrazzo;
1 MARBEC BLUE DIAMOND PAPER diamond paper for the fourth polishing of marble, stones and terrazzo;
1 VELCRO SUPPORT SPONGE;
1 MARBEC GREEN DIAMOND SPONGE diamond sponge for the third sanding and crystallization of marble, stones and terrazzo;
200 GR MARMOLUX – protective and repolishing cream for marbles and stones;
1 MICROFIBER CLOTH.

How to use

1° Passage, MARBEC RED DIAMOND PAPER:
– Roughing –
This is the most important step of all. If the first step is not performed well the following steps will not have an optimal result.

The surface should be cleaned before starting (remove any previous film-forming treatments such as waxes or resins).
Add water and slowly pass the MARBEC RED DIAMOND PAPER.
Then remove the dirty water.
You will need to repeat sanding depending on the state of the surface.

2° Passage, MARBEC ORANGE DIAMOND PAPER:
– Sanding –
With this second step we will continue to smooth the surface more and more finely.

Repeat the phases of the first application using the MARBEC ORANGE DIAMOND PAPER.

3° Passage, MARBEC YELLOW DIAMOND PAPER:
– Pre-polishing (2 TIMES) –

With this third step we will already get some shine.

Add water and repeat the first application using the MARBEC YELLOW DIAMOND PAPER.
Clean the surface and let it dry.
Repeat the process again and remove the dirty water.

4° Passage, MARBEC BLUE DIAMOND PAPER:
– Polishing (2 times) –

Proceed to repeat step n. 3 using the MARBEC BLUE DIAMOND PAPER. With this step we will get shine. The color of the water will no longer be so cloudy.

5° Passage, MARBEC GREEN DIAMOND SPONGE:
– Final polishing –

Repeat step n.4 using the MARBEC GREEN DIAMOND SPONGE. The surface is polished.

6° Passage, MICROFIBER CLOTH + MARMOLUX:
– Protective action and maintenance –

Add small amounts of MARMOLUX and use the MICROFIBER CLOTH to polish the surface.
It is advisable to apply MARMOLUX for routine maintenance once every 6 months or as required.
